• User Content: We collect the images you upload to the Service, as well as the camera name and location (ZIP code) you provide.
• Analysis Data: We generate data based on your User Content, including animal detections, timestamps, and correlated weather data. This is linked to your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process your images and provide you with AI-powered analysis and data visualizations.
• To manage your account and send you important notifications.
• To respond to your comments, questions, and support requests.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not share your personal information or User Content with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• With your consent or at your direction.
• To comply with a legal obligation, such as responding to a court order.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.

We will never sell your data or images to advertisers or other third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. Your uploaded images are stored securely on our S3-compatible storage provider. As outlined in our Terms of Service, non-retained image files are automatically deleted after 60 days.

You have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can manage your account information from your "My Profile" page. You can delete cameras and associated sighting data from the "Manage & Upload" page. To request full account deletion, please contact us.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as by sending you an email notification).
